@ryo I've been seeing a lot of code of conduct stuff in places it has no business. They read like a code of intolerance and hatred. A fact that is surely lost on the creators.
@icedquinn Yes, but just a simple "please treat each other with respect" would have been sufficient. No need to outline the specifics, it only raises suspicious around who the devs really are.
@ryo On the one hand, a lot of people (especially autistic nerds) need shit spelled out for them. On the other hand, they're never enforced equally and only used to remove wrongthinkers.
I wouldn't mind so much if they only policed their official channels, but they're the same people who will find "inappropriate" shit from 10 years ago and use that excuse to ban good talent for some troons to "feel safe"
