Smaller portions more frequently can help with that too, digest it better and don't need as much food. People eat excessive portion sizes because they let themselves get too hungry etc.

@hermit fat and kinda lazy to lose weight, but i have at least planned to start eating less, plus even after getting to look better relating to people is incredibly hard even only. almost impossible to keep conversations going with alsmot anyone

@Sui @MischievousTomato @alfaniner @animeirl This is good advice, in fact if you split your food intake into 5 or even 6 meals in a day you feel full for longer and can digest the food better anyway. Unfortunately that's not really compatible with the lifestyle Society™ requires us to lead, and it's a pain to prepare food that many times in a day too.
