     Do we know how old those twins are? The age difference might be smaller than what one might initially think. Hell, the twins could potentially be older than the boy.

     Allegedly the same parents, if you're just taking their word for that. Also considering the substantial age difference between the siblings, I'd be very interested to know if they used fertility treatments to have those twins. Those treatments have a much higher chance of yielding genetic anomalies.

     Their control is supposedly higher income households. But that doesn't prove causation. It could be the smarter people tend to earn more.
     
     I had a black family that lived across the street from me as a kid. The dad was an industrial engineer for a major corporation. One of his sons is basically a genius. He has a Ph.D in engineering and started and runs a company that designs and builds medical lasers. The other son used to literally drool on himself to the point that his parents bought him hypercolor shirts so he could say the drool stains were due to heat changing the color. Genetics matter.

     First of all, they aren't twins.
     One was 18, the other 13. They are both died in early and late 2019 respectively.
     Their brother was 20 at the time.
