   @oisin Something like a stickers/sweets from a small business is a nice surprise.

   When I worked in a pet shop, we used to always throw a few packets of haribo into the box along with the dog/cat food and it increased our review score based on that alone.

   Doesn't cost much for them to do it so why not :)
