   @ben_co_grimm @mav @mwl It's the simple fact that it is even considered as an option. I don't touch things that take cryptocurrency seriously, because that is a strong indicator it will do something else grotesquely stupid as well.

     @mav @mwl again, crypto (BAT, Brave Rewards) can be turned off with one switch, forever. This is a non-starter. Is there some FUD article floating around that everybody's just repeating?

     I disabled DoH in Firefox years ago.

     Turns out, a Firefox update turned it back on and pointed me at Cloudflare. :flan_molotov:

     Do check your Firefox.
