     the problem with gender neutrality in hebrew isn't just that "3rd person pronouns sound wrong"
     it's that 2nd person pronouns are also gendered
     and so are plural 2nd and 3rd
     and so are counts
     and so are verbs, depending on the gender of the subject
     and you need to provide a set of suffixes that makes relatively coherent sense for all of that, while not overlapping with the existing two genders, which already somewhat overlap with each other, using only 5 vowels
