     Pro-tip for job seekers: "unlimited vacation" usually means two things:

     1. We allow it if your manager approves (good luck with that)
     2. When you quit/get fired, we don't have to pay for unpaid vacation time.

     I can't say who, but I know of one very large, well-known corporation who used point #2 to save themselves a ton of money.
