They're simply following a schedule like every other government.
Either that or they saw that after the first 3 lethal injection rounds having been a massive success, the 4th barely got any customers, so they just went like "nah fuck it, we're done", exactly what how it happened over in Europe last year, noticed how each country ended the scamdemic the moment the lethal injection uptake became too low? -
