Mass shootings dropped by 44% in 1994 when assault style rifles were banned by then President Bill Clinton.

Mass shootings skyrocketed to 245% in 2004 when George W. Bush was president & republicans in Congress let the ban on assault style rifles expire.

So, Republicans are the problem.

But it's also the guns, yo!
