      @Hyolobrika @feld the essay is about the deeper issue that the whole thing (uncorrupted rule of law) is a myth that can't even exist in theory, which is going further than just saying 'it's less optimal than we'd hope'

      @lain @feld Didn't read all the way through but he's ignoring the fact-value gap. The public simultaneously think that there *should* be no corruption and that there *is* corruption. No doublethink there.
