Trans folk should get a holiday of our own.
St. Blahaj's Day.
OTD in 1342, on the south coast of Sweden, a great white shark, far from its usual warm waters, arrived and began to bring healing to the gender-variant. Gender bending folk came from all over Scandinavia to receive the blessings of Blahaj, who would mystically change the bodies of those who wanted it.
To this day, in the tiny village of Stor Vithaj, inhabitants worship the saint in their tiny church, with offerings of herring.
