     @puniko Due to "more complicated legal issues."

     I really hope Sturgeon sticks to her guns, because this has bleed-over effects everywhere.

     My kiddo's stuck in limbo - everything in CH is legally changed, but she's only a resident and her only official ID from CH is her residence permit. And they won't change THAT if her passport doesn't change. So she's stuck being deadnamed by her picture ID all the time, even if her insurance card and other stuff says something else.

     It sucks.

     Well, at least other parts are gurgling along, and she has an electric scooter that needs an M-license, so we're hoping she can get that and use that.

     @puniko Buschmann versucht es noch so "liberal" zu formulieren (lassen), dass man Frauen mit Penis (und theoretisch Männern mit Vagina) trotz entsprechendem Eintrag im Ausweis doch wieder alles mögliche verbieten kann. Vor allem Frauensaunas.

     @puniko Ja, das sind hier auch die allermeisten. Bestenfalls gibt's mal einen Tag pro Woche/Monat für Frauen, wobei oft auch nur ein Teil abgesperrt ist.
     Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass die meisten trans Personen sich wohl gar nicht erst in solche Situationen begeben wollen und froh sind, wenn sie in gemischten Saunen nicht blöd angestarrt/-gemacht werden.
     Ist also wohl teils Vorwand, teils Reaktion auf TERF-Getöse.
