     It's only in Mastodon because Mastodon lets you hide it.
     
     Pisskey also doesn't exactly show people it, which leads to some fine situations as well.

     Looking at their rules, most instances have a defederate list with reasons.
     Spoiler alert most Mastodon instance basically defederate for the reason of "that instance has nazis"
