   Unlike taxes and fiat debt, war is a fundamental game theory problem so can't be entirely eradicated. But can be reduced significantly by taking away the ability of politicians to fund it by printing money.

     Maybe so, maybe not. But I like thinking up simple ideas which, if implemented, would make them both stop existing really really quick.

     If the US government were to levy a 1% annual tax on every dollar that is lent on fractional reserve, they could abolish the IRS.
