     @kino@fedi.intkos.link jeez, my 2 bed 1 loft apt is ~4.2k/mo (split between 3 ppl thankfully) in Irvine (south of LA), just goes to show how much location can inflate housing...

     @kino@fedi.intkos.link yeah, that's just the way irvine is. You either pay exorbitant amounts for a livable situation or you get "affordable" housing infested with cockroaches and fire ants. There's no in-between.
