I used deepl to translate but he basically said we are pretending to be misskey v13 while lying and should be called v12 bc its misskeys v12 codebase. Misskey v13 is literally syulio.just using a different orm for no reason whatsoever

     @puniko@mk.absturztau.be found issue, wanna know it? Misskey is breaking spec. .well-known/nodeinfo can use https for the spec link, misskey only checks for http.
