   @internetarchive did the year-end accounting of #ILL InternLibrary Loan

   79% articles, 21% book chapters. Average response was well under an hour (usually minutes).

   most requests from our collection from early 1990's

   But even so, we serve more print-disabled people than ILL requests each day.

     with over an average of 300 articles or chapters each.

     Peer-to-peer (and free) cooperation between libraries-- lets do more of it in 2023-- ideas welcome.
