     @starshine@woem.space more on the business side of things... the moment I went to their website, they immediately gave me a popup asking me not to go away and gave me an "offer" of a free cloud trial, and straight up they're showing off how their proprietary cloud version is sooo much better than the stinky limited open source version.

     @starshine@woem.space yea, kinda a shitty first impression. ScyllaDB does a bit better by not giving me a million popups and doesn't make their OSS version seem like crap
