No kids, so I didn't vote, but from what I've seen at work, (library with lots of teens everyday,) they know how to read and write print, but use Chromebooks for homework. Dunno about cursive.

The ability for some to read an analog clock is dubious, but I dunno if that's changed any in the past 30 years or is a constant.
That said, I was taught cursive in the 90's but don't use it because I'm a lefty and they didn't know how to teach lefties for shit, (I modified letters so I could pull like righties do and got points docked. Also erasable pens for lefties are the Devil). I sign my name, but that's about it. The hardest part of the SAT was the writing sample. >_>
