This #Philippines travel map is currently circulating in social web. I even found it in the #fediverse.
Basically, it is a map which allows you to mark how many Philippine provinces you have visited. You can mark a province as “passed”, “alighted”, “visited”, “stayed”, and “lived”, other than the default “never been there”. It then gives you a score.
You don't have to worry if you are not familiar with #Philippine #geography, as the web app will show a pop-up with a name of the province.
The only catch, it counts independent cities as part of the province it used to belong to. For example, #Angeles City has been an independent city for years now, which means they are no longer under, and no longer belong to, the Province of #Pampanga.
If one wants to be 100% accurate, the source code is available at: https://github.com/denzdelvillar/philippine-map-app
It was inspired by the #Japan travel #map located here: https://zhung.com.tw/japanex/
So, what's your score? Mine is a shameful 57. I'm still a foreigner in my own country. ^_^;;
