   5 degree more mobility per day and less pain in my shoulder with 3x per day gentle exercise, wraps, spikey massage ball, one pain killer for the night, absolutely no sitting at the desk and: sleeping UPRIGHT. so this is my new medical emergency couch so that i can even get up (instead of futon on the floor oh boy.. :/) - all made nice by O. 🥰 with express delivery from ikea and even fitting my lego color scheme!! this is SUCH a relief.. 🥲
