@zsk That's pretty interesting. The BBC senior management team had me over - twice - for keynotes in 2003 and 2004 that focused on the future of broadcasting, specifically around the Internet and tech. They were busy trying to figure out how deep to go strategically.
They need to do the same thing at a senior level now. They have to understand how social media is changing, and that distributed architectures like Mastodon - and architectures like Peertube - are at the heart of it.
Also, my slides looked like crap back then LOL!
