TL;DR: Please help me make up rackets for colorful and somewhat campy gangs.
For my potential game #THUNDERKIND. I'm working on a random criminal organization generator, intended to evoke Batman '66 and City of Heroes.
My original tables have fairly dark rackets like cooking meth. I'd like to remove those and replace them with wackier crimes.
Any ideas?
