   MisskeyでFedibirdのユーザーをフォローすると鍵がついていないユーザー（おそらく、フォロー承認制ではないユーザー）をフォローすると「処理中」となってここから進みません。
   
   ActivityPubのプロトコル的に考えると、おそらくFollowに対してAcceptが返ってきていないのではないでしょうか。
