There’s not a better definition of scale than literally placing yourself in front a massive nature object. Standing here at the base of two giant sequoias trees one quickly realizes the fragility of human life. We don’t last long but these giants do. From the base of the trees looking up we see they a joined and have grown upward closely together. In a way, a perfect relationship formed long ago. On this day their canopy touches the clouds and their needles begin to disappear in white. They are firmly rooted on earth but yet touch the clouds. Along the oldest and largest life forms on earth.
