   I made Japanese-styled curry today. I find it funny that this dish is a Norwegian interpretation of a Japanese interpretation of a British interpretation of an Indian dish xD

   I put a lot of stuff in it, including a homemade roux that eventually turned into a brown sauce when mixed with the water, mango chutney, and instant coffee
