   DPD still holding our exhaust hostage, so I did some gardening work instead.

   Cleared away the bean supports and overgrown garden, piling the compost mountain even higher.

   Finished processing the onions. They cured nicely, only a handful bad.

   Since it looks like first night frost in a few days, I harvested all the pumpkins as well. Quite a haul. A few have been "sampled" by some rodents and went into the EatSoon basket. The rest is stored in the barn for now as I need to make space in the house first.

   Hope the cat does her job protecting them.

   Also gave the storm damaged apple tree a severe pruning. Should recover and be more able to withstand the next storm, but may not bear fruit next year. I picked up the good ones first.
