A man rides a bicycle with a bright yellow frame with a handlebar placard that looks like it may have been drawn by a child. He's wearing an outfit coordinate with the colors of his bicycle. His outfit is entirely black with lots of pink accents. He's wearing neon pink hi-top sneakers, pink-shaded sunglasses, and has a Flamingo bird embroidered on his black and pink button up shirt.

A few more bikes (and their owners) from the Shiny Side Up bicycle and car show in San Jose, CA.

By request, someone wanted to see people riding the bikes. In one photo, there are a couple of men taking their time leaving the show. They are going so slow that it would be challenging to go in a straight line on a normal bicycle.

I've never ridden one before, but they quite appear to be made to appeal to people who don't want to be rushed. They're low and slow.

The "Chinese" building in the backdrop of one photo is a Chinese American Historical Museum. The park where this show takes place in is History San Jose, a historical park filled with local cultural museums and exhibits from San Jose's past.

Many things on exhibit in History San Jose were relocated there for preservation when urban development had them slated for demolition.
