   Made some spareribs yesterday, with a kecap based sauce. The kecap in question was my first time making my own kecap at home, and it turned out pretty well. I think I can increase the sweetness, but indo gf was extremely happy about the flavour in general. Apparently it tastes like the fave she had back in #Indonesia, kalkun kecap manis.
