   Our Pelvic Appeal is well and truly underway, and we are keen to encourage and challenge you to learn more about your pelvic floor. See our last post about how to find the muscles we’re talking about.

   Have you been doing your pelvic floor exercises*?

   💪 Squeeze and hold for 4 seconds, then relax for 4 seconds. Repeat 10 times. As you get stronger, gradually build up to 10 second holds.
   ⭐ Then do 10 quick squeezes.
   🔁 Do a few times a day!
