EU summary over the last week or two: 1. they added a 3 euro tarrif to everything coming in from outside, forget cheap hobbyist electrinics from aliexpress for example 2. they banned 6-pack water bundles (yes really) 3. they pushed chat control to be voted on when most MEPs will be on holiday where absence = in favor 4. when one of the members was questioning the above, they cut his mic off for calling it out 5. now it's illegal to sell a car without face detection built in 6. they're trying to get an internet passport thing pushed, you'll need a document to even get online (the one I'm the least sure about though, didn't research that thoroughly)
