   You should have your doubts about anything leaving China unless
   
   - Its from a known dissident
   - Its from your friends and family on Wechat
   
   The CCP is lying its ass off all day to save face (of course they do. China adheres to a shame based moral system). I also have several questions about this. Why are they settled right now? Has the real estate been confiscated as collateral for bailouts / . because they were used for speculating? Or have they been sold by their former owners to the party after they got felted during what was basically a ponzi scheme but with commie blocks? How is the condition of anything after 10 years just standing there? We are talking about entire cities here. These are not a bunch of Bisons that take care of themselves as long you keep predators away. They need maintenance, cleaning, and some energy to keep their interior in an acceptable state. I haven't even started about the lack of jobs and how China has tofu dreg construction to begin with, because it is the country of shortcuts and subcontracting.
