She starts typing on her laptop, then typing faster and faster. Then we see her from the laptop screen perspective and an infinite rack of weapons flies past her like in The Matrix film. She grabs a couple of tools, works on a device just below screen, then gives us the upgraded net gun.

I thoroughly appreciate the whimsy in #DaveTheDiver, such as the silly cutscene when upgrading my jungle net gun (and learning new sushi and grilling recipes, etc.)
This game is just delightful, and a nice palette cleanser from the multiple FPS and 3PS I play.
