Star Trek The Next Generation scene. We're on the Enterprise, in a room with many windows out to space. It looks like a classroom type setup with a table and crafts in the background, but also probably Ten Forward with a different set. Picard is standing in front of a banner hanging in the room with 'Captain Picard Day' drawn on it. The letters are different colors and clearly drawn by children, like if you were a righty but tried to write with your left. The banner also has different cute little other drawings around the letters, like planets and names of kids. In front of Picard is a table covered in children'a drawings and two very very rough sculpturs or poorly made dolls of the Captain in uniform. His arms are crossed and he looks a teensy weensy bit irritated. Troi is next to him also regarding the pictures, but she's smiling and looks pleased. Closed caption reads, "I don't see why we have to do this every year."
