Monty, a small closely trimmed gray shih tzu looks at a decorative fire hydrant but isn't interested. The fire hydrant is painted white with black spots, the top and one outlet bright yellow, the other outlet with a black spot like a nose, with a yellow ring around the bottom;the whole thing evokes a Dalmatian. The hydrant is set next to a garden bed along the street.
