   * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following county, Los Angeles. * WHEN...Until 330 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 227 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... La Canada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Angeles Crest Highway between Mount Wilson and Mount Waterman and Tujunga. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
