The only reason most redditors have no idea about that is because reddit simply hides your comment if it contains such words, not all subreddits do it, but more and more. the real engagement bait to me is when people arent aware that reddit is even worse than youtube/instagram now in 2026

People will look you in the face and tell you 'reddit censors swearing', all while r/GoonStories and ten million really fucked up subreddits exist.
