   Using gmail is not possible at all. we have few systems that interconnect and we do have our own mail server with +1000 mail per hours from all of our systems.
   
   At the moment, we have this thing in Joomla that I have no idea how it work, or why it's working and how to maintain it. So I thought I'll just look for something modern that we can host on our infrastructure.
   In case it might help you understand better, I've attached a screenshot of what we look for.
   
   I've found out today that the parser doesn't redirect the email to anywhere. It just read the email that actually match the search, and using an API will open a ticket into out WHMCS system with the subject and content of the email.
   
   Any idea?
