   Same message as last year, same result, most probably. Europe will drag their feet for 3 years, but the distance will be growing and at some point Europe will have to send the US troops in their countries packing...
   Limiting US bases, shared intelligence, only transactional collaboration and an economical cold shoulder. It will weaken the US and they would stand alone. Good luck with that!
