   The bear, grass, and text are gone. For what it is worth, text on a flag is a sign that the flag was created by someone with no understanding of what makes a good flag.
   
   if you have to spell out what the flag represents, you have failed. Flags should be simple, memorable, and easily described.
   
   IMO:
   The star and bar are too small
