If you're using #devenv for your projects, please note that the new `generate` command in 1.4.0 uses your repository content.
It tars up all files it can find through `git ls-files -z`³ and exfiltrates them to the service.
It handles `DO_NOT_TRACK=`¹ by sending that intent along² as a query string, so now you need to trust the service to not keep data.

Searching for an exit to the Matrix in #pdx? Futel offers these FREE #payphones around town!
They are fully functional and even have a voicemail system that allows the user to access messages that may have been left for them. I love their ethos:
> At Futel, we believe in the preservation of public telephone hardware as a means of providing access to the agora for everybody, and toward that goal we are privileged to provide free telephone calls, voicemail, and telephone-mediated services. We do not judge the motivations of our users, or who they choose to call; if they don’t have someone to call, we can provide a presence on the other end. Denial of telephony services has long been a tactic used against undesirable populations, and our devices will counteract that. – https://futel.net/about/
I’m old enough to have made a few calls on payphones as a kid, and it’s really cool to see this project in the wild, especially as a free service.
It was hard to find info, even on r/portland and r/askportland about working payphones and Futel is a gem!
No health facilities in northern Gaza are operational
The Indonesian Hospital, the largest health facility in northern Gaza, is out of service.
It’s now only a shelter with a minimum level of healthcare provided to people given the deliberate, constant attacks on its essential facilities, as well as arrests of a large number of medical staff.

We all know about the enshittification that brought advertisement to paid streaming services.
It is only a matter of time before they start offering "television channel" versions in which you don't pick to watch what you want when you want, but are stuck to a schedule set by the service.
It is the obsession of every major player to dial back your freedom to that of elderly boomers still subscribing to cable channels.
I've just reposted a public status from my new location check-in service.
It doesn't handle replies or likes, but you can follow it.
Expect buggy and untested weirdness 🙂
@evan
It's that 3rd one, IMHO, though it may depend on the service.
It would be awkward if every instance were running different software. But having only one dominate is bad.
