   Wow, this is first time I've heard anyone mention this.

   Is there some reason why JAWS does that? Seems a bit of a bad design for a screen reader, to leave out most of the text available?

   @georgetakei I think it's kind of harmful to portray every decision by the President as some game of political payback - Republicans would love for voters in Alabama to think this.

   Is there some reason to believe this wasn't just the result of an analysis of the merits of moving the HQ vs keeping it where it is?

   Presidents shouldn't make decisions to punish states for their Senators. They should make the decisions that are in the best interest of the nation, and I, for one, am inclined to believe that's what Biden did.
