   * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following county, Los Angeles. * WHEN...Until 330 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 227 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... La Canada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Angeles Crest Highway between Mount Wilson and Mount Waterman and Tujunga. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

   Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

   * WHAT... Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
   * WHERE... Ventura County in Southwest CA
   * WHEN... Until 900 PM PST Sunday.
   * IMPACTS... Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water, mud, or rocks over roadways.
   * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 205 PM PST, Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain with rainfall rates of 0.25 to 0.5 inches per hour with locally up to 1 inch per hour possible. Minor mudslides or debris flow are possible, especially near steep terrain or recent burn scars such as the Mountain burn scar. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Ventura, Camarillo, Fillmore, western Malibu, Ojai, Moorpark, Santa Paula, Port Hueneme, Carpinteria, Rose Valley, Newbury Park, Lockwood Valley, Point Mugu, La Conchita and Rincon Point. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
