   Scott adams has a very large ego. Younger people only really see this in....influencers, maybe? I'm constantly meeting these douchebags and it's driving me crazy.

   See boomers have a real nice thing developing when they get jobs like his: Get big enough, get successful enough, and nobody in your career can really tell you "no". When you don't have a boss you get a runaway ego. You don't have anyone in your entire life that requires you to even kind of humble yourself for the interaction.

   So then they paint the whole world in this arrogance, every take, every happening becomes a case study in their boomer wisdom simply because they're king of their bubble kingdom.

   Adams made a "no shit" newspaper strip about 90s corporate culture and licensed it for coffee mugs, calendars, and dog meat burritos. In his mind he's a true genius, and only a peer could push back on his retarded beliefs.

   (Lucky for him his friends and allies destroyed the career field to sabotage the creation anyone who could become a peer or rival.)
