Me bending a piece of green PCB, it bends easily but is also very springy, going back into original shape after being bend 180° in a large radius

   This panel scrap is a great demo that FR4 can actually be used for many situations where you need something flexible.

   This will not last long in a living hinge but for one time bends that are held in place this works well. Its 0.4mm you can get down to 0.2mm which flexes much more than this.
