#Russia channels happily discussing their rocket attacks on gas and coal processing plants, plant producing high voltage isolators and new water filtering station in #Mikolaiv #Ukraine.
The first three had been already hit, for the last they are on one hand a bit envious (“we couldn’t build anything like that in Donetsk for 14 years”) and at the same time wondering what kind of bombs can be used to destroy it.
As a reminder, all of these targets are protected under articles 48 and 51 of the International Humanitarian Law as strictly civilian objects supporting basic survival infrastructure to the population.
Not that this ever discouraged Russians, who target civilian infrastructure since 2022, but this year Ukraine has means to retaliate. Happy winter to all residents of Russian #Belgorod, #Bryansk and #Rostov regions.
