I'm no TNTologist, but I feel like that plume isn't anything close to a 1 ton explosion. There were reportedly multiple blasts, maybe that was the total. We can tell this view is of the shipping channel from whatever those circular structures are (bollards?). The smaller one that gets blasted appears to be about 12-13 meters across. I think we're looking south east under the road span, but not 100% sure
