Remember that "25 Oreshnik per month" thing? Yeah, the actual Ukrainian defense intelligence claim was 25 / year. Which as noted, is compatible with the historical deployment rate of Yars, which shares the first two stages. And presumably, with the upgrade from Topol-M to Yars complete (or nearly so) stage production could continued for Oreshnik
