Tuberville's number is obviously wrong* but oddly specific. So where did he get it? Possibly, as the note suggests, this reuters article from February, which said the *Russians* had spent $211 billion by that point https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/russia-operations-ukraine-have-probably-cost-up-211-billion-us-official-2024-02-16/
