    @Rainer_Rehak erläutert mit vielen Beispielen die Unterschiede zwischen #Datenschutz und Datenschutzrecht und welche Mythen aus einer Vermengung von Schutzgut (Freiheit) und Schutzobjekt (Daten) entstehen. Er betont: Datenschutzrecht formt, er verhindert nicht.
